Mercedes AMG cars do not support ‘remapping’ via the OBD diagnostic socket and require BDM tuning. This is where we remove the ECU from the car and flash the software directly to the chip inside the ECU. The results achieved are the same as with a traditional remap, and there are still no physical changes to the ECU in your AMG Mercedes. The remapped software is written directly to the memory on your ECU and the ECU is then re-connected to your vehicle.
Prices on AMG tuning start from as little as £385 inclusive. Results are fantastic on both the naturally aspirated and supercharged AMG engines, with sharper throttle response and a more aggressive pickup on offer.
